PAGE PAGE 20 论医患关系的调解机制 摘要：分析解读当今紧张的医患关系是一个十分重要的社会课题。医患纠纷的解决与医患关系修复是国际性、世界性的难题，在我国，这一问题尤为突出。目前，在我国各省市地区患方向医方施暴的恶性事件时有发生，医患纠纷不断升级。本文通过阐述医患关系现状、分析医患关系形成原因以及结合国内外现行的医疗纠纷解决机制，提出自己的建议，以期缓解现今医患关系紧张局面，解决不断升级的医疗纠纷，构建和谐医患关系。 关键词：医患关系医疗纠纷解决机制 Discusses the doctor-patient relationship mediation mechanism Abstract: Analysis of the tense relationship between doctors and patients is a very important social issue.
