全面质量管理在我国中小企业中的应用 [摘要 ] 中小企业已经日益成为我国经济中一支不容忽视的力量，对于促进国民 经济发展具有不可替代的作用， 它们与大企业一起共同推动社会经济的发展。 质量已 成为全世界的共同语言， 产品质量直接影响着中小企业的生存与发展， 加强全面质量 管理，构建质量管理体系，对于我国中小企业而言，具有重要意义。全面质量管理在 国外及我国大型企业中已得到成功运用， 然而，我国中小企业全面质量管理的实施程 度却不尽人意。 本文从全面质量管理的理念出发， 结合我国中小企业全面质量管理的 环境，并针对我国中小企业全面质量管理实施中存在的问题， 提出相应的对策与建议。 [ 关键词 ] 全面质量管理 中小企业 应用 问题 对策 The application of total quality management in SMES in China [Abstract] SMES has increasingly become a force to be reckoned Chinas economy, has an irreplaceable role in promoting national economic development and large enterprises, they work together to promote social and economic development.
