下呼吸道感染鲍曼不动杆菌分布及耐药性变迁医学 目录 TOC \o 1-9 \h \z \u 目录 1 正文 1 文1：下呼吸道感染鲍曼不动杆菌分布及耐药性变迁医学 1 1　材料与方法 3 2　结果 3 3　讨论 4 文2：鲍曼不动杆菌临床分布及耐药性变迁 5 1 材料与方法 5 2 结果 6 3 讨论 8 参考文摘引言： 9 原创性声明（模板） 10 文章致谢（模板） 11 正文 下呼吸道感染鲍曼不动杆菌分布及耐药性变迁医学 文1：下呼吸道感染鲍曼不动杆菌分布及耐药性变迁医学 Acinetobacter Baumannii Distribution and Vicissitude of Drugresistance in　Patients with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection Abstract：Objective To investigate the distribution and vicissitude of drugresistance of Acinetobacter baumannii isolates in lower respiratory tract infection during the past 4 yea．Methods The date of A．baumannii infection and its drugresistance from patients with lower respiratory tract infection during the period of 2002 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively．Results A total of 135 strai of A．baumannii were isolated from patients with lower respiratory tract infection．The main infectio were ICU(％)、senile department (％)and respiratory depart ment(％)．The drugresistance rate of appeared increasing trend．The lowest rate of drugresistance was imipenem(only one strain resistant in 2004)．Piperacillin／tazobactam showed better activity to A．baumannii．Higherresistance rate togentamicin，tobramycin and cotrimoxazol(＞％)．The strai displayed multidrug resistance．Conclusio We should be aware of importance A．baumannii infection and its drugresistance change．To provide basis for reasonable use of drugs in clinical practice． Key words：Lower respiratory tract infection；Acinetobacter baumannii；Drugresistance；Surveillance 鲍曼不动杆菌是引起下呼吸道感染常见病原菌，近年来该细菌的分离率呈逐年上升趋势，已成为 医院 感染重要病原菌，随着广谱抗生素的广泛运用，细菌在抗生素选择性压力下，其对抗生素的耐药性亦日趋严重。为预防及控制医院感染的发生，了解我院患者下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染耐药动向及耐药性变迁，对我院近4年下呼吸道分离的鲍曼不动杆菌分布及耐药谱进行回顾性分析，现报告如下。 1　材料与方法 菌株来源　2002年1月至2005年12月从我院下呼吸道感染患者的下呼吸道标本(包括痰液及纤支镜下防污染毛刷刷检物等) 分离及鉴定　细菌培养分离按《全国临床检验操作规程》，细菌鉴定采用法国生物梅里埃公司API系统鉴定到种。 药敏试验　采用生物梅里埃ATB系统及配套试剂进行试验。 质控菌株　大肠埃希菌ATCC 25922及铜绿假单胞菌ATCC 27853购自卫生部临检中心。 统计分析　采用ATB的统计系统进行分析。 2　结果 年度菌株分布　2002年1月至2005年12月共分离出鲍曼不动杆菌135株(除去重复株)，其中2002年19株，2003年30株，2004年42株
