The mouse model of acute liver injury were induced by Dgalactosamine, and the serum levels of ALT and AST and the contents of MDA、activity of SOD in live of the mice were measured, and pathologic changes were groups of ultra fine powder and ethanol extract of the Rhodiola sachalimemsis significantly reduced the levels of serum ALT and AST which were induced by ethanol, and the contents of MDA,activity of SOD in live were significant different compared to the model ultra fine powder of the Rhodiola sachalimemsis has protective effects agait hepatic injury, and they were superior to ethanol extract. Key words:liver diseases；Rhodiola sacra;ultra fine powder；mice 高山红景天（Rhodiola sachalimemsis .）是景天科红景天属多年生草本植物，全草均可入药，具有清肺止咳及止血等功效，常用于 治疗 跌打损伤、烧烫伤、阳痿及糖尿病等.研究结果表明，红景天苷对实验性肝损伤小鼠具有较好的保护作用［1，2］，但尚未见红景天超微粉的相关报道.本实验观察了红景天超微粉对急性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用，并将其与红景天乙醇提取物的作用进行了比较. 1 材料与方法 材料 实验动物取雄性昆明种小鼠，体重为22～25g，由延边大学医学部实验动物科提供.高山红景天购自吉林省安图县药材市场，由延边大学药学院生药学教研部刘永镇教授鉴定为高山红景天（Rhodiola sachalimemsis .）.D氨基半乳糖由重庆医科大学提供；护肝宁片为吉林省通化天立药业有限公司产品.丙氨酸转移酶(alanine aminotraferase， ALT)及天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate traaminase, AST)试剂盒均为北化康泰临床试剂有限公司产品；超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase, SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde, MDA)及考马斯亮兰试剂盒均为南京建成生物工程研究所产品.SP4430型生物化学分析仪为日本ARKRAY TACTORY INC.
