原位心脏移植17例报告 目录 TOC \o 1-9 \h \z \u 目录 1 正文 1 文1：原位心脏移植17例报告 1 1 资料与方法 2 2 结果 4 3 讨论 4 文2：腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治术１７例报告 7 1 资料与方法 8 参考文摘引言： 11 原创性声明（模板） 12 文章致谢（模板） 13 正文 原位心脏移植17例报告 文1：原位心脏移植17例报告 [Abstract] Objective To explore the important facto that affects the result of orthotopic heart From March 2003 to July 2009，17 patients with end-stage cardiomyopathy，thirteen with dilated，three with hypertrophic and one with ischhemic cardiomyopathy，underwent orthotopic heart traplantation at our operative procedures included one conventional Stanford cardiac traplantation and ten bicaval anastomotic cardiac traplantation and one of them underwent heart and kidney ，five patients with moderate pulmonary hyperteion and two with severe pulmonary hyperteion were treated with inhalation of cases were prescribed with Cyclosporine A+Corticosteroids+ Two patient with acute rejection at the six and ninth days respectively and another patient with acute renal failure at the third days post-operation were treated with Medrol and hemodialysis patient with heart and kidney traplantation died at 18th day because of thrombus of follow-up，one patient died at 35th day，one patient with acute rejection post year of operation，othe resume daily work and were in heart function class of Ⅰ～Ⅱ(NYHA).Conclusion The operative result of heart traplantation was improved by accurate selection for recipient，suitable surgical procedure，excellent myocardial preservation and accurate management of patients with severe pulmonary hyperteion could get good results if the pulmonary resistance is below 6 wood unit post medicine treatment. [Key words] heart traplantation;heart and kidney traplantation;homologous;cardiomyopathy 我院于2003年3月至2009年7月，为17例终末期心脏病患者施行原位心脏移植手术，其中1例为心肾联合移植，现将17例手术情况 总结 如下。 1 资料与方法 一般资料 本组17例受心者中男11例，女6例;年龄13～65岁，平均(±)岁;体重52 ～ 92 kg，平均(±)kg。术前13例诊断为扩张型心肌病，3例为肥厚型心肌病，1例缺血性心肌病，心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级(NYHA);10例术前持续应用较大剂量正性肌力药物和大剂量利尿剂维持生命。超声心动图检查显示中度以上肺动脉高压7例，平均肺动脉压(心导管测压)为( ± )mm Hg
