UASB反应器处理垃圾渗滤液的快速启动方法 摘 要：研究了 UASB反应器处理生活垃圾渗滤液时快速启动的条件， 结果表明： 在夏季的室内水温（ 25－30℃）时，采用未经驯化的城市 生活污水厂（传统活性污泥法）的剩余污泥接种，经逐步培养法，通 过控制较低的液体上升流速 （3.0m/d ），可以在 50d 的时间里完成 UASB 反应器处理垃圾渗滤液的启动，使其有机负荷（以 CODcr 计）达到 10kg/m3 ·d），且 CODcr的去除率高达 70 ％以上（较常规启动少用 1 －4 个月的时间），进而在 90d 里完成污泥的颗粒化。 关键词： UASB反应器；垃圾渗滤液；快速启动 Quick Start-up of Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) Reactor in Treating LandfilI Leachate HU Hao-yuan, ZHOU Gong-ming (School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tongii University, Shanghai 200092, China) Abstract: Conditions for quick start-up of UASB reactor treating landfill leachate have been studied. The results show: at the embient water temptemperature in summer (25 ～ 30℃), when inoculated with surplus sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant (which uses conventional activated sludge process) and cultivated step-by-step, and by controlling the liquid up-flowing speed at 3.0m/d, the UASB reactor can be started-up within 50 days in treating landfll leachate, with the organic loading rate (as CODcr) up to 10 kg/(m3.d).and the CODcr removal rate over 70%. Granulation of the sludge in this reactor can he completed within 90 days, which is 1 ～ 4 months shorter than with conventional start-up. Key words: UASBreactor; landfill leachate; quick start-up 目前，在处理城市生活垃圾填埋场的渗滤液方面， 世界上一些国 家如新西兰、美国、澳大利亚等采用了 UASB艺，运行效果良好 [1] 。 我国也有实例， 如福州、武汉、昆山等地在处理垃圾渗滤液时也有采 用 UASB工艺。但由于我国对这方面研究不足，使得相当一部分处理 垃圾渗滤液的 UASB反应器启动十分困难。为此，本研究侧重于为实 现处理垃圾渗滤液的 UASB反应器的快速启动提供实验依据和科学方 法。 1 实验方法 1．1 实验装置 实验用 UASB反应器采用内径为 200 mm有机玻璃圆柱，高 2.1m， 总容
