PAGE PAGE 28 中小企业财务管理中的问题及对策研究 ——以广西X公司为例 摘要：时代总是马不停蹄地赶着社会中的每个个体随着洪流而走，其中作为中坚力量而存在的中小企业更是当仁不让的走在了前头，去适应那随时代而来的经济变化。中小企业由于其本身的性质决定了它有：劳动密集、同类企业之间经营前景差距较大；地区间发展不均，地域优势集中，相对来说经济发达地区中小企业发展迅猛，但地方性企业也可以紧抓地域优势寻求缝隙市场；投资主体及结构上的多元等特点，多样化的特点导致中小企业在经营过程中逐渐暴露出财务管理问题。有效率地解决中小企业当前财务管理问题，是保证国家经济快速且稳步发展的关键。本文主要以具有代表性的同时又具特点的传统中小企业广西X木业公司为例，分析其适应当下经济环境时所暴露出的主要财务管理问题，针对性地提出较为可行的措施。但愿在获取共鸣的同时对解决此类中小企业财务管理问题能发挥有益作用。 关键词：中小企业财务管理主要问题对策 SME financial management problems and countermeasures Xs case of Guangxi Abstract: Times is always restless and drifts with the current keeping up with every individual in the society, in which the small and medium-sized enterprises as the dominant force are particularly going in thereinbefore, to adapt to the economic changes along with the times. Small and medium-sized enterprises determine its characteristics by their very nature: Labor intensive, great operation prospects gap between same like enterprises; Uneven development between regions, concentrated regional advantages, small and medium-sized enterprises comparatively develop rapidly in developed regions, but local enterprises can also stick to regional advantages to look for niche market; Diversification of investment body or framework, the diversification leads to the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises is gradually exposed in the course of operation. To effectively solve the problem of the current financial management in small and medium-sized enterprises is the key to ensure the nation’s economy fast and steady development. The paper mainly takes Guangxi X Wood Industry Company for example, which is a typical and distinctive traditional small and medium-sized enterprise, the paper analyzes the main exposed financial management when it adapted to the current economic environment, and pointedly puts forward feasible countermeasures.
