摘 要 纺织品行业是比较典型的劳动密集型产业，能耗低、就业高、并且与农业密切相关、出口创汇高等特征都符合中国国情。但是，这样一个高度符合中国国情的产业，却在日渐衰落，其中有很多原因，市场过于集中，容易受到各种贸易壁垒，产品品类单一，生产技术污染严重以及劳动力成本的不断增加，都导致这样一个行业再慢慢的后退。我国产业结构的不断变化，渐渐成为夕阳化产业的纺织品行业，面对产业结构转移的新形势，面对越来越繁重的社会责任，中国纺织品业必须要做出一些改变。 本文以A公司为研究对象，基于“现状—问题—对策”的研究思路对案例企业进行深入分析，首先从出口市场、出口产品、人才状况和生产技术条件这四个方面分析公司纺织品贸易的现状；其次，通过二手数据，和实地考察等研究方法分析出该公司在出口贸易方面存在的问题，研究问题的成因；最后通过理论思考与实际研讨，对该公司存在的问题，提出相应的解决对策，为该公司纺织品出口贸易业务提供建议的同时，也希望对其他同行业的企业有借鉴意义。 关键词：纺织品出口；出口现状；绿色技术；劳动成本 Abstract Textile industry is a typical labor-intensive industry, and its characteristics, such as low energy consumption, high employment, closely related to agriculture, and earning foreign exchange through export, accord with Chinas national conditions. However, such an industry in line with Chinas national conditions is declining. There are many reasons for this decline. The over-concentrated market is vulnerable to various trade barriers, the lack of innovation in products, the serious pollution of production technologies and the increasing labor costs all lead to the gradual decline of such an industry. With the constant change of Chinas industrial structure, textile industry has gradually become a sunset industry. Faced with the new situation of industrial structure transfer and increasingly heavy social responsibilities, Chinas textile industry must make some changes. Taking Shenyang Mingsheng Import and Export Trading Company as the research object, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the case enterprise based on the research idea of status quo -- problems -- countermeasures. Firstly, it analyzes the current situation of the companys textile trade from four aspects: export market, export products, personnel status and production technology conditions.
