Methods 28 cases of malignant hematologic disease treated by chemotherapy in the Department of Hematology from November 2014 to November 2016 were referred as hematology department group and 28 patients with urological tumo after treatment of chemotherapy were called urology group. The two groups were used leukocyte filter to trafuse platelets for the treatment of platelet reduction after chemotherapy in patients. After treatment， the platelet activation rate and trafusion effect between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate was % in the hematology group and % in the urology group after treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（chi;2=， P）. The platelet activation rate of hematology group was significantly higher than that of urinary group， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（t=， P）. Conclusion The efficiency is improved and the platelet activation rate after trafusio in vivo is increased significantly in using leukocytes reduced apheresis platelets trafusio for the treatment of the patients with hematological malignancies after chemotherapy in Department of Hematology with significant clinical effect，compared with those of patients with urological cancer after chemotherapy treatment.
