Methods A total of 68 patients with anterior teeth defects who were admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected. They were randomly assigned to the control group （conventional all-ceramic repairing technique， n=34） and the treatment group （minimally invasive all-ceramic repairing technique， n=34）. The repairing effect was observed in two groups. Results In terms of patients satisfaction， the tongue incline of the upper incisor and too small deformed teeth in the treatment group were superior to the control group （P）； In terms of the satisfaction of physicia， the excellent rate of shape and tralucency in the treatment group was superior to the control group （P）； The success rate of repair in the two groups for 6 months and 12 months was basically the same （P）. After 2 yea of repair， the success rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P）. Conclusion The minimally invasive all-ceramic laminate veneer has a satisfactory success rate and excellent aesthetic effect. Under the premise of strict control of indicatio， this method can be applied in the treatment of anterior teeth defects.
