Methods: A total of 50 chirldren with Henoch-Schonlein purpura diagnosed in the department of pediatrics of the Handan Central Hospital from October 2016 to December 2018 as the observation the same period of time, 50 out-patient healthy children were randomly selected as the control to the clinical symptoms, the observation group was divided into simple skin group (5 cases),arthrosis group (21 cases), digestive tract symptom group (6 cases), kidney syndrome group (0 cases) and mixed group (18 cases).According to the severity of the disease,the observation group was further divided into mild syndrome group (n = 22) and serious syndrome group (n = 28). LC-MS/MS was used to detect the 25-OH-D level in the observation group and the control group, and the immune tramission turbidimetry was used to detect the IgA, IgG, IgM level in the observation group. Results: The level of 25-OH-D in the observation group（plusmn;/ml）was lower than that in the control group （plusmn;/ml, the difference was statistically significant(P).The level of 25-OH-D in severe group（plusmn; ）was lower than that in mild group （ plusmn;/ml ） ,the difference was statistically significant (P).The rate of 25-OH-D deficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was significant difference in the distribution of vitamin D betwee
