虚拟升降横移式立体车库三维模型的运动驱动 摘 要： 自动化立体车库的控制系统通常涉及常规运动控制、变频调速控制、节能控制等方面，是一个综合程度高、相对比较复杂的控制系统，被许多高校作为典型控制系统用于电气自动化领域的教学载体。由于立体车库的结构复杂，占用空间较大，需要大量的硬件投入，无法在学校建立与实际立体车库系统相一致的系统。因此设计一个基于３D虚拟技术的四层五位的升降横移式立体车库模拟系统以与PLC（Programmable Logic Controller）软硬件结合的教学软件系统，通过通信接口模块与PLC、变频器、触摸屏等控制单元构成一个综合实训平台，实现与实际立体车库系统基本一致的运动控制功能，满足PLC课程实践教学的需要，能有效提高PLC教学的教学质量。 这套系统的难点部分是如何驱动三维模型的运动问题，研究三维环境下物体的运动仿真，最终解决立体车库的各个构件的虚拟仿真参数设定，我们利用unity 3d游戏引擎内置的物理引擎以及java script脚本语言自定义开发能够自主设定的升降横移立体车库。 关键词：自动化立体式停车库，立体车库虚拟演示，自动化控制系统，Unity 3D，PLC Virtual up-down and translation stereo garage three-dimensional model of the motor drive 【Abstract】Automatic stereo garage control system usually involves the conventional motion control, variable frequency speed control, energy-saving control, is a high degree of integrated, relatively complex control system, is taken by many universities as a typical control system for the electrical automation teaching carrier. As a result of stereo garage of complicated structure, large space occupation, need a large number of hardware inputs, can not be built in the school and the actual three-dimensional garage system consistent with the system. Therefore the design of a 3D based on virtual technology of four layer five of the up-down and translation stereo garage simulation system with PLC ( Programmable Logic Controller ) the combination of hardware and software teaching software system, through the communication interface module and PLC, inverter, touch screen control unit consists of a comprehensive training platform, implementation and practical stereo garage system basic consistent motion control functions, to meet the PLC curriculum practice teaching need, can effectively improve the teaching quality of PLC. This set of system the difficult part is how to drive a three-dimensional model of the movement problems, study of three-dimensional environment object movement simulation, finally solve the stereo garage the various components of the virtual simulation parameter set
