in in 摘 要 如今我国互联网行业发展迅猛，互联网行业如日方升已经成为我国经济的中 流砥柱，行业的发展水平能够侧面的反映出综合国力。博览如今互联网行业的现 况，电子商务已经悄无声息地成为我们生活的一部分，比起传统的线下货比货购 买人们更习惯于网上购物。B端电商自2015年来已经逐渐形成一种新的商业浪 潮，伴之而来的伴生产品也有新零售、社区团购等。 本文旨在对平急无缝转换的社区团购供应链优化进行系统化研究。首先，通 过查阅大量文献，对社区团购是什么？可分为几类？及放下的状况都进行了实际 调查，资料分析及整合归档，而后得出在平急无缝转化下影响社区团购供应链的 主要原因。为了实现社区团购的平急无缝转换，本文通过案例研究的方法，发现 在发生紧急情况时社区团购供应链存在的问题，并且提出优化策略。 研究发现：通过以下几个方面优化供应链，如产地仓联盟、整体运营时段优 化、优化采购供应商管理、优化分拣仓选址、优化分拣仓布局、优化人员 配送问题、做到精准配送等有可能实现社区团购的平急无缝转换。本研究不仅能 够更深层次挖掘B端电商中社区团购的理论体系，更能够深层次地拓宽社区团 购供应链模式的实际运营思路，以期为诸多社区团购企业提供成熟的理论依据和 可靠的实践指导。 关键词：社区团购；B2B行业；供应链优化；平急无缝转换 Title Research on optimization of community group purchase supply chain based on smooth and rapid and seamless transition Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinas Internet industry, the Inter net industry has gradually become an important part of Chinas economy, and the deve lopment level of the industry has gradually become a measure of the comprehensive st rength of a country. Throughout the development of the Internet industry, e-commerce is gradually integrated into our daily life, online shopping has gradually become Peop les Daily consumption habits. Since 2015, B-end e-commerce has gradually formed a new commercial wave, and the resulting new retail and community group buying are the products derived from it. This paper aims to conduct a systematic study on the optimization of the commu nity group-buying supply chain with seamless transition. First of all, by consulting a 1 arge number of literature, the concept of community group-buying, classification and status of the actual investigation, data sorting, analysis and summary, and then get the main factors affecting the community group-buying supply chain in the seamless trans formation. In order to realize the seamless transition of community group-buying, this paper finds the problems existing in the supply chain of community group-buying in t he event of an emergency through the method of case study, and puts forward optimiz ation
