题目我国商业银行绩效管理问题研究 ——以A银行为例 ——以A银行为例 摘 要 在我国银行行业的改革的大前提下，并且结合相关的绩效管理理论。本篇论文以A省的A商业银行为一个例子，特别针对在绩效管理中，我国商业银行可能存在的问题，通过认真分析和研究讨论提出了这些问题相对应的解决方案，并且开始归纳。目前，随着我国国内经济的不断发展，金融体制改革也越来越成熟，金融市场化的水平也慢慢的增长，所以，商业银行之间的竞争也愈演愈激烈。为了使商业银行自己本身取得很大的竞争优势，就特别需要银行重视并且促进核心竞争力的发展。其中，最为重要的就要数人力资源管理体系中的绩效管理了。为了达到鼓舞、管理员工和促使商业银行更迅速更有效发展的目的，该系统选择对银行、员工的绩效实施了考核。以此为切入点，联系A商业银行自己的特点，提出了针对该商业银行绩效管理的五点优化措施。在文章的结尾，对提出意见并改进的A商业银行今后所取得的效果进行了预测。 关键词：商业银行；绩效管理；A银行；考核目标 ABSTRACT In the reform of Chinas banking industry under the premise, and combined with the relevant performance management theory.
