This is an innovative concept developed by ergonomists, neurosurgeons and technicians with the goal of making management meetings more efficient. The Management Cockpit Room consists of four walls reflecting the status of mission-critical KPIs (black wall: financial and main, red wall: market and competitors, blue wall: internal processes and human resources, white wall: strategic projects); the flight deck - a six-screen PC allowing drilldown analysis on walls and logical views; and special methods for conducting management team meetings in an efficient manner. The Management Cockpit presentation software is fully integrated into SAP SEM (SEM-CPM). All KPI information is taken directly from the SEM database. Different settings can be defined in the MC software to support different types of management meetings (for example, board meetings or sales manager meetings).
