Methods 92 cases of premature rupture of preterm premature ruapture of membranes were selected from March 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital， the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group， . The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate， and the observation group was given ritodrine hydrochloride treatment + Magnesium Sulfate. Children with birth weight， Apgar score， interleukin-35 records before and after the treatment， -2 (IL-2) ， tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) and interferon (IFN-y) ， fFN (fetal fibronectin) and IGFBP-1 (iulin-like growth factor binding protein (MMP) ， mitochondrial membrane potential) changes were recorded. Vomiting， chest tightness， heart rate， incidence rate of advee reactio was recorded. Results After treatment， the Apgar score and the birth weight of the observation group were higher than that of the control group; and after treatment， the observation group of neonatal Apgar score and birth weight was higher than the control group; and after treatment， the patients IL-2， TNF-alpha and IFN-y were all decreased， and the observation group was lower than the control group. After treatment， the fFN， IGFBG-1 and MMP were lower than those before treatment， and the observation group was lower than that of the control group. and after treatment， the patients had advee reactio such as nausea， vomiting， chest tightness and heart rate acceleration.
