PAGE II 大学生职业生涯规划现状分析及对策研究 ——以贵州省几所高校为例 摘要：近年来,随着我国高校改革的不断深化，使得我国高校毕业生在就业方式上发生了很大的变化。与传统的就业方式相比，目前我国高校的就业形势已经从精英化向大众化进行了转变，大学生面临的就业问题越来越激烈，这就需要大学生在毕业之前做好相关的职业生涯规划，有了一个充分的准备，才能在职业道路上有一个好的生存环境，大学生的就业前景也更加宽广。基于这样的原因，大学生职业生涯规划的相关研究也是在这样的背景下提出的。但是，从目前的发展情况来看，对于大学生职业生涯规划的相关措施等还不够完善，而且作为大学生本身来说，对于自身的职业规划认识也还存在不足。本文通过以贵州几所高校在校大学生为调查对象，对这几所大学的大学生的职业规划做一个调查，从而探讨大学生职业生涯规划的相关现状等，并对大学生如何发展职业生涯规划提出相关的政策性建议。 关键词：就业；自我认识；大学生；职业生涯规划 College Students Career Planning Status Quo Analysis and Countermeasure Research ——take several universities in guizhou province as an example. Abstract：In recent years, with the deepening of the reform of universities in China, great changes have taken place in the way of employment of Chinese college graduates. Compared with the traditional way of employment, the employment situation of universities in our country has changed from the elite to the popular, and the college students are getting more and more intense in the face of employment. This requires the college students to do a good career planning before graduation, and have a full preparation to be on the professional road. With a good living environment, the employment prospect of college students is broader. Based on this reason, the related research of College Students career planning is also put forward under this background. However, from the current development situation, the relevant measures for college students career planning are not perfect, and as college students themselves, the understanding of their own career planning is also insufficient. Based on the survey of college students in several universities in Guizhou, this paper makes an investigation on the career planning of college students in these universities, so as to discuss the related status of College Students career planning, and put forward some relevant policy suggestions on how to develop their career planning.
