PAGE 2 摘要 随着我国文化教育的不断发展，对于幼儿教育的问题越来越受到国家的重视，政府也出台了很多相关的政策，来帮助推动我国幼儿教育的发展。笔者在桑泰丹华幼儿园上课期间，对桑泰丹华幼儿园教师的综合素养和教育水平进行调查和分析，结合目前我国幼儿教育的相关政策，发现桑泰丹华幼儿园幼儿教师在幼儿教育中存在的主要问题和原因，针对这些问题，结合桑泰丹华幼儿园本身的实际情况，对桑泰丹华幼儿园幼儿教师如何提高综合素养和教育水平，提出几点参考性的建议，希望对桑泰丹华幼儿园教师的教育水平起到一定的促进作用，同时对于其他幼儿园提高老师的综合素养和教育水平，也起到一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：幼儿园；教师；综合素养；教育水平 PAGE 2 Abstract With the continuous development of Chinas cultural education, more and more attention has been paid to the issue of early childhood education.
