贵州合力珠宝公司人才激励对策研究

摘 要
随着经济的逐步发展和社会的不断进步,人力资源已成为公司核心竞争力的主要支撑和源泉。如何充分发挥人才的潜力是每个公司都需要思考的关键问题,人才激励成为企业人力资源管理的重要课题。公司要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,人才激励的有效性是关键。
本文通过对贵州合力珠宝公司在人才激励方面的现状进行研究和分析,发现公司目前在人才激励的过程中存在的问题比较多,其中主要表现在薪酬内部公平与外部竞争不够、薪资“倒挂”现象严重、不同岗位类别人员薪资失衡、人才培养机制缺乏、绩效考核评分制度会影响奖金激励、激励方式缺乏多样性等。通过对这些问题的研究和分析,结合公司的实际发展情况,对公司的激励政策的落实提供几点参考性的建议,从而帮助贵州合力珠宝公司更好的留住人才,增强公司的竞争力。

Research on the Talent Incentives Strategy of GuiZhou Heli Jewelry Company
Abstract
With the gradual development of economy and the continuous progress of society, human resources have become the main support and source of the core competitiveness of the company. How to give full play to the potential of talent is a key issue that every company needs to think about. Talent incentive has become an important issue of human resource management in enterprises. If a company wants to remain invincible in the fierce competition, the effectiveness of talent incentive is the key.
Through the research and analysis of the current situation of Guizhou Heli Jewelry Company in talent incentive, this paper finds that there are many problems in the process of talent incentive, which are mainly manifested in the lack of internal fairness and external competition, the serious phenomenon of salary inversion, the imbalance of salaries among different job categories, the lack of talent training mechanism, and the performance appraisal and scoring system. Degree will affect bonus incentives and lack of diversity of incentive methods. Through the research and analysis of these problems, combined with the actual development of the company, this paper provides some reference suggestions for the implementation of the companys incentive policy, so as to help Guizhou Heli Jewelry Company better retain talents and enhance the competitiveness of the company.
