Step 2 Brainstorming
T: In our last class, we talked about what we can/should do to protect our Earth. And we know we should not only save things, but also try to reuse and recycle things. Look, many things can be reused, but can you tell me how to reuse them (用PPT呈现再利用生活用水的图片) For example, I’m going to use water to wash rice. Next I’m going to use the water to wash vegetables. Then I’m going to use the water to mop the floor. At last, I’m going to use the water to flush the toilet. (提醒学生be going to句型后面用动词原形) Can you tell me your ideas

S: I’m going to use old clothes to make a dress, a bag, a pillow and the cover of my notebook. (学生也有可能谈到自己穿不下的比较新、比较干净的衣服可以给自己的表弟、表妹穿,或者捐给贫困地区的儿童穿,教师可以表扬这是最好的再利用旧衣服的途径。)
