B：数词专项 第一部分：知识点分析 一、基数词 基数词读法：月，日，年，如 2007 年六月十三日读作：June (the) thirteenth, two thousand and seven 具体某一天用介词on on Monday, on Tuesday，May 24 (星期，月，日) （主要体现在口语考试和听力题目中） 表示一个具体数字时，hundred, thousand, million, ,dozen,score一律不用复数；在 表示一个不确定数字时则用复数。(确数没 s，概数加s，of s 同出现) There are three thousand students in our school. After the war, thousands of people became homeless. 基数词位置： “名词+基数词” Lesson 15; Room 1506 或者用“the + 序数词 + 名词” The Fifteenth Lesson the third floor, Paragraph 2， No,1 1、时间均用基数词表示： 顺读法，先说“点钟”，再说“分钟”，如： 2:15 two fifteen 6:20 six twenty 逆读法 30 分钟以内：“分钟数+ past +钟点数”，如： 3:20 --- twenty past three 2:10 --- ten past two 半小时用 half，15 分钟用 a quarter : 2:15 --- a quarter past two 3:30 --- half past three 30 分钟以外要用：“分钟数+ to + 下一个钟点”，如： 4:35 --- twenty-five to five 2:55 --- five to three 1） 在一些表示一排或一组的词组里； 如 ：They arrived in twos and threes. 他们三三两两的到达了。 1）表示几十岁，in one’s +数词 例如：He died in his forties． 2）表示年代，用 in +the +数词复数；in the 1960s. 2） 一到十二分别记。十三到十九都带teen 二十到九十整的数，ty 结尾别忘记 要是表示几十几，一横十位连各位。 例如： one two three thirteen twenty a hundred four fourteen thirty a thousand five fifteen forty twenty-one a million six sixteen fifty thirty-eight a billion seven seventeen sixty fifty-three eight eighteen seventy nine nineteen eighty ten ninety eleven twelve 4) 数词形容词（只能做前置定语） A boy five years old.
