In order to better face this challenge, enterprises are eager to better stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to continuously promote the development of enterprises. How to motivate employees and improve their enthusiasm is a problem that managers need to solve. Taking Guangzhou Minmetals Import and Export Co., Ltd. as an example, through literature review, case analysis and interview, I analyze the current situation of the staff enthusiasm of Guangzhou Minmetals Import and Export Co., Ltd. based on the positive problems existing in the work process of Guangzhou Minmetals Import and Export Co., Ltd., I come up with the countermeasures suitable for Guangzhou Minmetals Import and Export Co., Ltd. to make the work of Export Co., Ltd. operates in an efficient manner.
