毕业设计（论文） PAGE I 摘要 阿奇霉素作为现在市场上常见的抗生素，不仅外科、呼吸内科会用到这个药物，皮肤科会用到这个药物，耳鼻喉科会用到这个药物。因此，基于阿奇霉素的抗菌谱广的优势，其被广泛使用。但阿奇霉素口服制剂的苦杏仁味道太重，因此阿奇霉素常用剂型为片剂。现有的阿奇霉素片在市场上销量巨大，但具有服用不方便、崩解慢、吸收慢和生物利用度低等特点。本次设计的目的是克服现有产品中不足，提供一种优良的阿奇霉素片剂及其制备工艺。本次阿奇霉素的车间工艺设计包括工艺流程设计、处方设计、物料衡算、设备的选型，同时熟悉药品的生产流程和GMP要求。 关键词：阿奇霉素片；工艺流程设计；处方设计；设备选型；GMP要求  ABSTRACT Azithromycin is a common antibiotic in the market. It is used not only in surgery and respiratory medicine, but also in dermatology and otolaryngology. Therefore, azithromycin is widely used because of its wide antibacterial spectrum. However, the bitter almond flavor of azithromycin oral preparation is too strong, so the commonly used dosage form of azithromycin is tablet. The existing azithromycin tablets have a huge sales volume in the market, but they have the characteristics of inconvenient taking, slow disintegration, slow absorption and low bioavailability. The purpose of this design is to overcome the shortcomings of existing products and provide an excellent azithromycin tablet and its preparation process. The workshop process design of azithromycin this time includes process flow design, prescription design, material balance and equipment selection. At the same time, be familiar with the drug production process and GMP requirements.
