The exhibition as an emerging industry， the relevant legislation is not perfect and some companies quick success and itant violatio， there has been a lot of infringement of intellectual property rights， disrupted the market order of the exhibition industry. In recent yea， with the emergence of more and more exhibition， exhibition of intellectual property protection problem urgently to be solved have appeared.
