Facing thisintee competition， some company leade are coidering on how to enable theirown company to obtain substantial competitive advantages in the competition。 Basically speaking， cost control is the profit fountain for corporatio. Especially forthe cotruction enterprises， there are longer cotruction period and variousmaterials， which lead to the problems and challenges of cost control. Therefore， thisstudy would have an iight in the cost control problems in reservoir cotructionproject， from the angle of cost management。 The theory of cost control is not only a very important part of cotructionmanagement， but also the general objective for cost management. Within a certainperiod， the prevention and adjustment on series of essences that affect the costcontrol and conditio， could guarantee the cost management objectives.
