Because of the non-experience of online shopping, returnedpurchase is inevitable, which makes the B2C enterprises gradually realize theimportance of the return revee logistics service quality and take return logisticsservice quality as an important way for enterprise competitiveness. Socotructing B2C revee logistics service quality evaluation system, on the onehand, can be used to evaluate the revee logistics service quality of B2Centerprises, and find out the weak links in revee service, which provides areference for the improvement of revee logistics service quality. On the otherhand, it can also improve the user experience and satisfaction of custome andenhance the competitiveness of the B2C e-commerce enterprises。 This paper takes Tmall supermarket as the research object. Fit of all, itexpounds the theory of service quality, logistics service quality and B2Ce-commerce revee logistics service quality and summarize the dimeio andindicato of logistics service quality. On this basis, combined with the processand characteristics of revee logistics service of Tmall supermarket, we extractthe initial index system of B2C revee logistics service quality evaluation. Afterthat, the data were collected by the preliminary test questionnaire and exploratoryfactor analysis was carried out by using software and then theevaluation system with 5 dimeio and 21 indicato was formed.
