This article first studies the background of financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises (smes) , then makes an overall understanding and analysis of smes, and finally takes Foshan Hengdebang Building Decoration Materials Co. , Ltd. As a case, explain the current situation of the companys financial management clearly, find out its existing problems, give some guidance and suggestions for the companys Business Development and financial work, and further help small and medium-sized enterprises to do well in financial work, for the development of financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises to contribute a modest effort.
