PAGE The present states, problems and countermeasures of Chinese cosmetics enterprises using cross-border e-commerce platforms to explore the international market——Taking Guangzhou Orchard Aromatherapy Skin Care Co.,Ltd as an example Abstract:With the development of science and technology,the popularization of big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and electronic currency, and the advancement of Internet technology, the past international trade has not suitable to the trend of the contemporary and economic development. Cross-border e-commerce platforms have emerged as the times require, helping a host of small and medium-sized enterprises to enter the international market. This article first provides an overview of Chinas cross-border e-commerce scale, export country, and platform type, and then analyzes Chinas cosmetics industrys export volume, OEM market size, cross-border platform, major export countries, and product categories. Taking Orchard as an example, after analyzing and gathering the data surveyed, by analyzing Orchards business method and present situation, combined with the development status of nowadays cross-border e-commerce.Aiming at the problems of Orchard Company, it puts forward basic ideas and countermeasures to promote the development of the company and tells about the operation status of Orchard company under the COVID-19 situation, which will provide suggrdtion and reference for the future development of Chinese cosmetics companies.
