Therefore, in the development of enterprises, high-quality talents are attracted to fill the vacancy through recruitment to inject new power into enterprises High competitiveness of enterprises, however, there are various defects in the recruitment work of small and medium-sized enterprises, which will cause brain drain, mismatching of personnel and positions, affect work efficiency and other problems, and cause losses to enterprises. Enterprises should improve their full awareness of human resource recruitment work, and analyze and solve it according to the actual situation. Therefore, the recruitment system of small and medium-sized enterprises has a lot of room for improvement. Taking Zhongshan branch of Yinuo accounting company as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of the companys recruitment, analyzes the current situation and problems of the companys recruitment work by consulting the theoretical data of human resources and combining its own work experience, and designs reasonable solutions and suggestions based on the matching degree of human position, so as to improve the companys recruitment situation.
