The high-tech products, as one of the most important components of Chinas import and export trade, have a good influence in the international market. In addition, The United States has been playing an important role in Chinas import and export trade for many years, which made great effects on the trade of high-tech products in China during the Sino-US trade. This paper firstly expresses the research background and significance, research status at home and abroad, while describes the background of a trade war with China and their causes, expounds the status of Chinas high-tech products trade at the same time, and analyze a trade war with China on Chinas high-tech products trade caused by the positive or negative impact. Then finally puts forward the policy support, innovation, product quality and so on. On the basic of Chinas high-tech products in the production and development process of the deficiencies, as well as facing a trade war with China to bring in the crucible of tariffs, in further study of international trade on the basis of the status quo and market environment of the high-tech products, several suggestions of the development and production of high-tech products in China in the future are put forward: (1) Setting up the mechanism of protection, and providing policy support for high-tech products trade.
