PAGE The influence of Sino US trade war on Chinas automobile industry and the Countermeasures Abstract： In the early morning of July 6,2018 Beijing time, President trump of the United States announced that an additional 25% tariff would be charged on some goods from China. This move also means the beginning of Sino US trade war. The Sino US trade war has affected many aspects of Sino US trade. This paper first analyzes the Sino-U.S. trade war, and then analyzes the impact of Sino-U.S. trade war on Chinas automobile industry and the background and significance of the research on countermeasures. In addition, it also analyzes the current situation of China US trade and Chinas automobile industry. Then it analyzes the impact of Sino-U.S. trade war on Sino-U.S. trade and on Chinas automobile industry. Based on the influence of Sino-U.S. trade war on Chinas automobile industry and Sino-U.S. automobiletrade, this paper puts forward several countermeasures:(1) expand the scale of imported automobile market, reduce the dependence on the import and export of American automobile parts, and increase trade cooperation with other western developed countries.(2) We will iImprove Chinas automobile manufacturing technology, strengthen Chinas manufacturing personnel training, and enhance Chinas automobile manufacturing capabilities(3) Continue to develop new energy, improve the existing problems of new energy vehicles, enhance competitiveness, and improve Chinas position in the automobile industry.
