Methods Clinical manifestatio， coue of disease， ultrasound examination and different treatment effects of 32 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy were reviewed retrospectively. Results The symptom of early pregnancy in cesarean section sca is non-specific， due to a misdiagnosis rate of %.Diagnosis of early pregnancy in cesarean section sca depends on travaginal color Doppler ultrasound. Hemostasis by pressure efficiency 87%， chemotherapy， mifepristone combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment cure rate for type Ⅰ 100%; Ⅱ-type %; Ⅲ type %; total cure rate of %， Uterine artery embolization cure rates of 100%. Conclusion Travaginal color Doppler ultrasound can diagnose cesarean scar pregnancy promptly and accurately， proportionate treatment would be selected according to the type of cesarean scar pregnancy. Curettage is not suitable to all cases. Injection of methotrexate and selective treatment of uterine artery embolization for caesarean scar pregnancy are very effective way. [Key words] Cesarean scar pregnancy； Travaginal color Doppler ultrasound； MTX； Uterine artery embolization 随着近年来剖宫产术的增多，一个新病种―剖宫产瘢痕妊娠发病率增高，它是剖宫产的远期并发症之一。本文就本院2004年4月1日-2009年4月1日住治的32例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠病例进行分析，以期对其诊断、治疗及病因有进一步的了解。 1 一般资料 2004年4月1日-2009年4月1日于我院住治的子宫瘢痕妊娠病例32例，年龄25-41岁，平均±岁。全部病例均有子宫下段横切口剖宫产手术史，多次剖宫产史的4例，发病距最近一次剖宫产时间为8个月-13年零2个月，平均±月。 2 临床表现及辅助检查 本案共32例子宫瘢痕妊娠病例均有停经史，停经42-78天，平均±天。有11例无明显症状或仅有少许阴道出血被误诊为宫内妊娠而行人工流产术，术中9例大量出血，予缩宫素及止血药物治疗2例有效，术后3周内反复出现不等量阴道出血。全部病例均有不等量的阴道出血，不同程度的继发性失血性贫血及宫颈前壁压痛。无明显腹痛，仅3例诉有轻微腰腹部坠涨。阴道彩超可见子宫前壁下段(子宫切口处)肌层混合回声团或孕囊，其周可探及血流信号。按其与子宫肌层关系分三型：Ⅰ妊娠组织物大部分在宫腔；Ⅱ妊娠组织物位于子宫肌层内，与膀胱间有较薄肌层；Ⅲ妊娠组织物与膀胱间无肌层，仅有腹膜相隔。以超声分类，Ⅰ型共10例，Ⅱ型13例，Ⅲ型9例。均可探及不同程度的血流信号，Ⅱ、Ⅲ型较Ⅰ型血流丰富。HCG均阳性。
