(Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Univeity of TCM，Shenyang 110032， Liaoning，China) Abstract:Objective:The observation of the research to treat Behcets Disease by Huhuo soup in the short-term effect and attain the mechanism. Methods:(1) blood rheology examination: The heparin antifreeze， the empty stomach vein picks blood 5mL， the examination following target: The whole blood cuts the viscosity， the whole blood lowly cuts the viscosity， the blood plasma viscosity high (ηP)， red blood cell rate of setting (ESR)， the red blood cell pressure accumulates (HCT)， the fibrinogen determines (Fibg).(2) Using the single diffusion process determination blood serum immune globulin IgG， IgA， IgM and C3，C4， B factor content.
