Methods ：A total of 400 cases receiving gastroscopy were divided into two groups： the painless gastroscopy group as observation group and the ordinary electronic gastroscope group as control group， each coisting of200 cases. The preoperative preparation， intraoperative combination， postoperative observation and treatment and nuing care were compared between two groups. Results： The observation group was apt to accept and comfortable in seation， with a success rate for combination of 98%， for nausea and vomiting of 6% and for accurate diagnosis of 98%， and with a decrease in blood pressure by (15～25/10～15)mmHg. However， the control group became unacceptable and in anguish during examination， with a success rate for combination of 79%， for nausea and vomiting of 86%，for accurate diagnosis of 95%， and a (19～28/10～14)mmHg increase in blood pressure. The above indices in the observation group were superior to those in the control group， all P＜. Conclusion ：Painless gastroscopy can tend to be acceptable with an exteive range of adaptation， but result in traient respiratory depression of the patients due to anesthetic usage， and therefore it is required that the corresponding rescue facility be provided during painless gastroscopy. 【Key words】 Esophageal or gastroduodenal diseases； Painless gastroscopy； Combination； Nuing interventio throughout 无痛胃镜检查已在临床上得到广泛应用，作者自2009年1月至12月实施胃镜检查400例，其中行无痛胃镜和普通胃镜各200例，现将我们配合无痛胃镜检查护理干预与作用报告如下。 1资料与方法 临床资料：400例患者，表现不同程度的上腹部饱胀、疼痛、恶心、呕吐、呃气、反酸甚至呕血、便血，来本科行胃镜
