题目：大城市郊区土地利用变化分析 ----以天津市某区为例 大城市郊区土地利用变化分析 ----以天津市某区为例 摘要： 城郊是城市向农村转换的过渡地带，也是城市和农村相互渗透、社会经济发展特殊而又活跃的地区，兼容了城市与乡村两方面的特征。本文以弗里德曼等人对于大城市郊区的土地利用结构变化的理论研究（包括核心一边缘发展理论、城市空间扩散和极化理论、城乡关系理论）为依据，对大城市郊区的土地利用结构变化并结合个案进行一定分析，得到大城市郊区土地利用结构变化的一些特 点。最后结合天津市某区具体情况（自然和社会经济）对大城市郊区土地利用结构变化的驱动力因素从自然和社会经济两个方面进行分析，而社会经济因素成为研究的重点，它包括人口变化、经济发展、城市化、政经政策和技术发展等五个方面的内容，并在结尾提出一些合理化建议。 关键词: 某区、城郊土地变化、驱动力 The analysis on useful change of land of urban suburb For example - Xiqing district in Tianjin Abstract: Rural outskirts is the transition zone to urban, also conversion of urban and rural function mutual infiltration ,having special and active area of social economic development , combining the two aspects of the features between city and countryside. From suburban respectively by urban and rural forces, at present, with the increasing urban population and the expanding city, China is carrying on the great, rapid urbanization. Therefore, it is very important to study motive mechanism of the variation of land use structure of the suburbs reasonable and planning reasonablely for future. Xiqing district adjacent to the center city, with the further development of city construction, between xiqing district and tianjin city, the characteristics of urban and rural integration is clear.it is important realistic meaning and profound significance i for scientific planning, rational distribution, maximizely benefiting from the land, to accelerate modernizational construction, realize the cross-century development goals. Firstly ,this paper trace this history of field studies,based on Friedmalm’s theoretical research about city suburb of change of land useful structure (including core marginal development theory, urban space diffusion and polarization theory, based on theory of relationship between urban and rural areas, in large cities) analysising the outskirts of change of land useful structure and combined with some case, get some characteristics of city suburb about change of land useful structure.
