In the art of painting， it isthe charm of the entirety of the works of art， and it is also a state of relaxation， and thecore of it lies in the true feelings of people. This paper will analyze and demotrate theimportant role of poetry in painting from the pepective of narrative painting. The storyhas been running through the development of art. There are many artistic creatio basedon stories， and this kind of works can often convey poetic feelings to viewe through theimagination of stories. As long as the social life continues， each peons life track cannotleave the story. The story of human development， the story of man and society， or thestory of the natural objects of the birds and birds， is always generated and extended. Thepoint of this paper is that artistic creation can be a poetic way to tell a story. It gives itnew meaning， a kind of narrative language which is different from traditional， pure andrecorded. Poetry is the expression of true feelings， while narrative is the logical worldview of the artist and the pillar of the inner world， which is also a reflection of socialdevelopment.
