Review
Translate the phrases in Unit 1 into English.
Free talk
What do you like doing in your spare time?
Discuss whether it’s good for your health to sit in the sofa and watch TV

Warm-up
Present some pictures to judge “healthy or unhealthy”.
Think about: What should we do to be healthy?
Look at the pictures and describe them in oral English. And tell Ss what is your feeling when you see them.

Read the passage and match the rules with the pictures.
Read again and answer the questions.
Read the first part carefully. Choose the best answers.
Read the second paragraph carefully and do true or false.
