PAGE PAGE 15 摘要：职业倦怠与教师职业倦怠是一种包含与被包含之间的关系，教师职业倦怠只是众多职业倦怠中的一种，指的是教师不能够应对工作压力时的一种极端反应，是教师在长期压力体现下所产生的情绪、态度和行为的衰竭状态，典型症状是工作满意度低、工作热情和兴趣丧失以及情绪的疏离和冷漠。因此为了促进幼儿教师身心健康发展，有必要了解幼儿教师的职业倦怠情况，并通过对幼儿教师职业倦怠的影响因素进行分析后，提出解决幼儿教师职业倦怠的策略。本次研究以武汉市10所幼儿园的295名幼儿教师作为研究对象，使用调查问卷的方法，从情绪衰竭、非人性化和个人成就感三个维度对幼儿教师职业倦怠的情况和影响因素进行分析，并在此基础上提出了解决幼儿教师职业倦怠的策略。 关键词：幼儿教师 职业倦怠 影响因素 Research on the kindergarten teachers Occupation Burnout Abstract：Teachers job burnout with job burnout is a kind of contains and included the relationship between the teachers job burnout is one of the many job burnout, and refers to the teachers cant then vow you an extreme response to cope with work pressure, is a teacher in long-term pressure of emotion, attitude and behavior under the failure state of the typical symptom is low job satisfaction, work enthusiasm and interest loss and emotional alienation and indifference.
