基于数据挖掘的施杞治疗强直性脊柱炎用药规律研究 　　摘要：目的分析施杞教授診治强直性脊柱炎遣方用药规律，为临床提供参考。方法收集施教授2012年1月-2018年2月于上海中医药大学附属龙华医院、附属光华医院及附属岳阳医院特需门诊治疗的强直性脊柱炎医案。采用r3.4.4软件及相关程序包进行聚类分析、因子分析和关联规则分析，并进行可视化展示。结果纳入医案182则，包括药物178味，药性以温、平、寒性，甘、辛、苦味为主，多归肝、脾、肺、肾经。高频药物可稳定聚为4类;因子分析得出6个公因子，聚类得出7个药物组合，其中包括2组逆向因子;关联规则分析得出防风、牛膝、香附、黄芪、川芎、白芍为核心药物。结论施教授遣方可分为解表清热、活血化瘀、祛风除湿、补益肝肾4类主体组分;强调辨证施治，组方中养血行气与滋阴清热、活血化瘀与补益气血不兼用;核心药物共奏行气健脾、祛风除湿之功。 　　关键词：强直性脊柱炎;用药规律;聚类分析;因子分析;关联规则分析 　　中图分类号：r255.6;r2-05文献标识码：a文章编号：1005-5304（2019）05-0109-05 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1005-5304.2019.05.023开放科学（资源服务）标识码（osid）： 　　abstract：objectivetoexploreprof.shiqi’smedicationrulesinthetreatmentofankylosingspondylitis;toprovidereferencesforclinic.methodsmedicalcasesofankylosingspondylitistreatedbyprof.shiqifromjanuary2012tofebruary2018inspecialoutpatientoflonghuahospitalaffiliatedtoshanghaiuniversityoftraditionalchinesemedicine，affiliatedguanghuahospitalandaffiliatedyueyanghospitalwerecollected.clusteranalysis，factoranalysisandassociationruleanalysiswereperformedbyusingr3.4.4softwareandrelatedpackages，andvisualizationwasdisplayed.resultstotally182medicalcaseswereincluded，covering178kindsofchinesemateriamedica.themedicinalpropertiesweremostlywarm，flat，andcold.themedicinaltastesweremostlysweet，spicy，andbitter，andmainlybelongedliver，spleen，lungandkidneymeridians.high-frequencymedicinecouldbeclusteredintofourcategories.sixcommonfactorswereobtainedbyfactoranalysis.sevenmedicinecombinationswereclusteredandtwogroupsofadversefactorswerefound.theassociationanalysisshowedthatthecoremedicinesweresaposhnikoviaeradix，achyranthisbidentataeradix，cyperirhizoam，astragaliradix，chuanxiongrhizomaandpaeoniaeradixalba.conclusionthemedicationofprof.shiqicanbedividedintofourmaincomponents：relievingheat，promotingbloodcirculationandreducingstasis，expellingwindandremovingdampness，andreplenishingliverandkidney.thediagnosisandtreatmentemphasizedialecticaltreatment.themedicineofnourishingbloodwerenotusedwithnourishingyinandclearingawayheat.themedicineofpromotingblood
