鼻内窥镜下低温等离子射频消融治疗下鼻甲肥大的效果观察 目的：研究鼻内窥镜下低温等离子射频消融（LTPRA）治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎（CHR）患者下鼻甲肥大的 临床效果。方法：收集2013年3月-2015年9月，笔者所在医院被确诊为CHR的患者161例，随机分为试验 组（79例）和对照组（82例）。试验组采用鼻内窥镜下LTPRA术式，对照组采用鼻内窥镜下下鼻甲部分 切除术式。比较两组患者手术时间、出血量、术后恢复情况，用视觉模拟评分表（VAS）评价两组患者 手术后1、3、6个月的鼻塞改善情况。结果：试验组疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。术后试验组VAS评分显著低于对照组，手术时间、术中出血量及恢复时间显著优于对照组，差 异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：鼻内窥镜下LTPRA治疗CHR患者下鼻甲肥大具有术野清楚，操作 简便，准确、安全，对组织损伤小，术中、术后反应轻微，见效快等优点，值得临床推广应用。 [Abstract] Objective ：To study the clinical therapeutic of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation （LTPRA） treatment on inferior turbinate hypertrophy under nasal endoscope.Method ：A total of 161 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis （CHR） from March 2013 to September 2015 were collected and randomly divided into two groups ，79 cases of treatment group were given LTPRA on middle turbinate under nasal endoscope ，82 cases of control group were given turbinate partial resection under nasal endoscope.The operation time ，blood loss ，postoperative recovery and VAS scores after operation at 1 ，3 ，6 months of nasal congestion improvement were investigated and compared between the two groups.Result ：The curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P ＜0.05）.The VAS scores in treatment group were significantly lower after operation than those in control group ；moreover ，the operation time ，blood loss and recovery time of the treatment group were also significantly better than those of the control group ，the differences were statistically significant （P ＜0.05）.Conclusion ：The low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation treatment on inferior turbinate hypertrophy under nasal endoscope is characterized by clear vision ， simple ，less bleeding ，light damage ，light intraoperative and postoperative reaction ，high accuracy ，safety and cure rate.It is worthy of population and application.
