Module 9 Unit 1 Do you want to visit the UN building? 李红 鳌峰小学 一、教学目标 1.知识目标: 能够听说读写单词或短语: around , all around , inside . 学习并掌握 “Do you want to visit the UN building ?” 及其答 语和 “I want to …”的表达方法。 能读懂课文,并能够完成与课文相关的问题。 2.能力目标:通过学习课文,培养学生的观察能力与理解能力。 3.情感目标:通过学习,增强学生对联合国的认识,渗透爱国教育,做一个对世界有用的人。 二、教学重点: 1.听、说、读、写单词或短语: around , all around , inside 2.能在实际情景中运用句型Do you want to…? 三、教学难点: 1.通过复习后会用一般现在时表述某人想做某事,知道后面want to要接动词原形。 2.能用Do you want to询问某人是否想做某事并做出回答。 四、教学方法:情景教学法 五、教具准备:单词卡,PPT 六、教学过程: Step 1 Warm up Sing a song: There’s a Great Wall in China. Step 2 Lead in T:Do you like the Great Wall? Do you want to visit the Great?(抽生回答) S:Yes,I do ./No, I don’t. T : There are many beautiful places in China. Where do you want to visit? S:I want to visit . . .(抽生回答;同桌问答;抽组问答) Step 3 Text learning T:Daming is in the US with Simon too, today Simon’s dad will take them to a new place. (播放CD-ROM,给出问题where do Daming and Simon want to visit?让学生听一遍录音,并回答问题) Give the answer. 教读UN building 并讲解。 3. T :Do you want to know more about the UN building?Let’s going to learn Activity2.(给出6个问题,让学生带着问题听读课文) Is the UN building big? Where are the flags from? How many member states are there in the UN? What does Simon want to do inside the UN building? What is the present from China to UN? Does Daming like the present? Read after the tape.(进行课文教读的同时,请学生勾画出文中带有want to 的句子。) Read in roles.
