METHODS: Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with poor glycemic control who were hospitalized and hospitalized from March 2016 to March 1818 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly pided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). 12 weeks. The two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment， including fasting and postprandial 2h blood glucose， glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)， C-peptide and hypoglycemia. The maintenance dose of iulin glargine， the time of blood glucose compliance and the occurrence of advee reactio were compared between the two groups. RESULTS: After 12 weeks of observation， the fasting， 2h postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c were significantly decreased， and the C-peptide was significantly increased， and the observation group was superior to the control group. In the observation group， the maintenance dose of iulin glargine and the blood glucose compliance time were better than those of the control group. Conclusion: Sitagliptin combined with iulin glargine for the treatment of oral hypoglycemic drugs with poor glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes can make blood sugar control well， safe and effective.
