哈尔滨工业大学本科毕业论文(设计) 奔驰C180K变速箱的优化设计 摘 要 变速器是汽车传动系统中最主要的部件之一，它是通过改变传动比来改 变发动机曲轴的转矩和转速，以满足汽车在起步、倒车，变速行驶等行驶条 件下所需的驱动车轮牵引力大小，行驶方向及不同车速的需要。它的好坏直 接影响了发动机动力的平稳输出和汽车的正常启动，以及汽车在各种路况下 能否够顺利换挡满足所需行驶条件。 本次设计题目是奔驰C180K六档机械式变速器设计。 根据给定参数进行结构方案分析，要求完成变速器的机械设计、强度计 算、结构设计与设计图纸绘制。本文旨在基于MATLAB的方法对变速器的齿 轮部分进行结构优化，从而达到式变速器尺寸减小，结构更紧凑的目的。设 计部分是本说明书的重点，它主要包括结构分析、方案论证、计算和校核。 结构分析是对所选结构中各主要零部件进行设计计算，其中包括机械式变速 器中心矩、齿轮参数、传动比的设计计算，还有输入轴中间轴和输出轴的设 计。校核计算则是对经设计计算的主要零部件进行校核。它在各零部件设计 计算之后直接给出。 关键词： 变速器，结构优化，MATLAB - - - 哈尔滨工业大学本科毕业论文(设计) The Optimization Design of Benz C180K Transmission Abstract Transmission is one of the most important parts in vehicle transmission system. It changes the torque and the speed of the engine crankshaft via changing the transmission ratio so that it can meet the demand on the traction,driving direction and driving speed required by different driving conditions such as starting, reverse and variable velocity.Whether the transmission is good or not will directly have an impact on engines stable output and the start of the vehicle.And it will also influence whether the car can shift to meet the driving conditions under all kinds of situations. This designing issue is Benz C180K six-speed transmission. According to the given structural parameters, We are required to complete the mechanical design, strength calculation, structural design, program analysis and d esign drawings. This paper aims at the method based on MATLAB for the gear tra in transmission part structural optimization, achieve type transmission decreases m ore compact size, structure of purpose.Preamble is the introduction for this task an d the specific requirements in detail.Design part is the focus of this thesis,which includes structural analysis,program demonstration,calculation and verification.
