摘要： 综合性院校音乐专业的器乐教师特殊性构成是指当今中国综合性院校音乐专业器乐教师队伍所具有的特殊性质、特殊企业文化等总体构成。本文通过对相关统计数据的分析以及对器乐教师的访谈，分析了这一现象的形成原因以及其对音乐教育的影响。同时，本文也着重探讨了如何有效提高综合性院校音乐专业器乐教师队伍的整体水平，以及如何构建更加健康、可持续的教师队伍。 关键词：综合性院校，音乐专业，器乐教师，特殊性构成，教育影响。 Abstract: The special composition of instrumental music teachers in music majors of comprehensive colleges and universities refers to the overall composition of special characteristics and special corporate culture possessed by the instrumental music teaching group in music majors of comprehensive colleges and universities in China. This article analyzes the reasons for the formation of this phenomenon and its impact on music education through the analysis of relevant statistical data and interviews with instrumental music teachers. At the same time, this article also focuses on exploring how to effectively improve the overall level of instrumental music teachers in music majors of comprehensive colleges and universities, and how to build a healthier and sustainable teaching team.
