Compared with the traditional employment pattern, the new employment pattern has new characteristics, but the law has certain lag, and the existing relevant standards can not be applied to the identification of the new employment pattern, therefore, in judicial practice, when a dispute occbetween a ride- hailing platform and a ride-hailing driver, the definition of the relationship between the two is ambiguous.
