基于云会计的物流企业全面预算管理研究 摘 要：物流企业在服务业中的扮演者相当重要的地位，但如今物流企业在全面 预算管理中，仍面临着很多问题。物流企业全面预算管理资源合理配置，成 为企业间竞争的重要因素。基于云会计全面预算管理系统，充分利用云会计 平台的优势，可以巧妙地解决物流企业管理中存在的问题。 本文采用文献研究法、个案研究法，首先对物流企业全面预算管理中存 在的问题进行了分析。深度学习了云会计的平台的结构以及云会计的优势。 根据经验总结法，基于云会计为物流企业构建全面预算管理体系，剖析每部 分重点用途，以及构建依据，并对物流企业全面预算管理体系的构建提出优 化建议。 关键词：云会计；全面预算管理；物流企业 Research on Comprehensive Budget Management of Logistics Enterprises Based on Cloud Accounting Abstract: Logistics companies play a very important role in the service industry, but today logistics companies still face many problems in comprehensive budget management. The reasonable allocation of comprehensive budget management resources for logistics enterprises has become an important factor in competition among enterprises. Based on the cloud accounting integrated budget management system, full use of the cloud accounting platform can skillfully solve the problems in the management of logistics enterprises. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the comprehensive budget management of logistics enterprises by literature research method and case study method. Deeply studied the structure of cloud accounting platform and the advantages of cloud accounting. According to the experience summary method, build a comprehensive budget management system for logistics enterprises based on cloud accounting, analyze the key uses of each part, and the basis for construction, and propose optimization suggestions for the construction of logistics enterprises comprehensive budget management system.
