会计外行为环境与职业道德建设 摘要:随着社会的发展和时科技的进步，国家的改革开放政策给我们带来了经济高速的发 展，越来越多的企业也开始的稳健的发展并逐渐壮大，在国家的经济发展中会计行业也 越来越在各个行业中站稳脚跟并是组成行业的重要角色。会计行业虽然作为企业经济建 设也是渐渐兴起，会计外行为环境与职业道德建设对于各个行业提出了挑战，同时也带 来了创新的机遇。会计外行为环境的存在，对于建立会计制度和提高会计人员专业水平 具有一定的作用。并且会计外行为环境会随着经济的发展而不断地发生改变。另外，会 计人员自身的知识素养和职业道德建设尚且不能满足会计行业的要求，会计作为处理企 业经济进出口的职业，掌握着企业的资金流动，以及其他部门对其的监督和管理。并对 会计档案的专门管理，这是一个备受关注新兴职业，但是会计行业在发展和越来越强大 的所过程中面临的问题，一直都是备受争议，如何把有效的能够约束会计的权利，并能 够为企业经济的带来蓬勃发展是一个亟待解决的问题。对于以下的内容我提出了会计行 业中存在的问题以及通过案例分析，说公司完善的规章制度和对于会计人员的监管及其 重要。 关键词:会计行业；职业道德建设；行为环境 引言：伴随着国家经济的发展和社会的进步，会计行业从近代以来逐渐在我国经济市场 上扮演着越来越重要的角色。随着各种法律法规的出现逐渐代表着会计这个行业在市场 的各个企业中占有这越来越重要的作用。如何对会计外形为环境和职业道德建设，需要 我们会计人员一代又一代的讨论和探究，并建立更加完善的工作环境。从而提高这个行 业的工作者环境要求和职业素质，并针对现存的问题，修改和完善法律法规，从而减少 这个行业中的财务人员利用职务犯罪。本篇论文主要描述现如今行业存在的问题，通过 案例分析和查询资料探讨问题，解决问题。 The environment of non accounting behavior and the construction of professional ethics Abstract:With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology, the  countrys reform and opening policy has brought us rapid economic development. More and more companies have begun to develop steadily and gradually grow.
