Abstract This graduation project project applied the VUE framework, front-end based on HTML5, back-end based on PHP development technology, to achieve the majority of users on the Internet to focus on the family affairs, state affairs, everything system.The front-end platform of the system is for the system users to use and tourists to browse. The system users can track and understand the current political hot spots of the country in real time and learn political thoughts through this patriotic website system. They can also carry out a series of operations such as comment, reply, collection and answer to obtain the corresponding learning points.The system administrator has the highest administrative authority to the background management platform.The system administrator can effectively manage the information and data released by the system users, and timely maintain and optimize the whole system environment. Firstly, the paper introduces the development background and research status of the patriotic learning system based on B/S.Secondly, summarize the technology in the system development environment.Then, the design objectives, system requirements and overall design of the system are discussed.Then, the system of each module function design, development and integration.Finally, a systematic test is carried out on the project of patriotic learning system based on B/S structure. This project adopts B/S architecture, the front page USES VUE framework +HTML5 and develops dynamic pages, and the back end USES PHP7.0 development technology and selects MY SQL database as the system database.
