摘 要 民营银行的建立是金融业具有里程碑意义的一件事，它不仅是整个金融行业里不可 缺少的组成部分，更和人们的生活相关联。民营银行指的是由民间资本控股，并采用市 场化机制来经营的银行，其具有自主性和私营性的特点。在现阶段，民营银行在社会市 场经济中发挥着至关重要的作用，民营银行的发展是促进整个民营经济的助力器，而且 其有利于金融市场的稳定。然而，目前我国民营银行的发展并不是一帆风顺，尽管有一 些利于民营银行发展的优势，但在其发展过程中也存在着许多阻碍因素，例如外部环境 和内部环境对我国民营银行发展的制约，经营方面以及其他方面的影响因素，这些都将 会阻碍民营银行的持续健康发展，这就要求民营银行要及时发现并进行完善，适时进行 改革，以实现自身的良好稳定发展，为未来的发展保驾护航。 在此认知基础上，本篇论文围绕我国民营银行的发展问题，探究出不利于民营银行 发展的几个主要因素，从而有针对性地提出相应的建议及对策，为我国民营银行的长远 发展提供保障。 关键字：民间资本，市场机制，民营经济 Abstract The establishment of private Banks is a milestone event in the financial industry, which is not only an indispensable part of the entire financial industry, but also closely related to peoples lives. Private bank refers to the bank controlled by private capital and operated by market mechanism, which has the characteristics of autonomy and privateness. At the present stage, private Banks play a crucial role in the social market economy. The development of private Banks is a booster to promote the whole private economy, and it is conducive to the stability of the financial market. However, at present, the development of private Banks in China is not smooth sailing.
