SECTION 11：Brake Interface Board Replacement 第十一节 制动器接口板的更换 INTODUCTION： 介绍: This document will give a step by step procedure on how to replace the printed circuit board (BIB - Brake Interface Board) which is mounted on the brake. 本文详细介绍如何更换位于制动器上的接口板。 TASK# 工作步骤： Perform job hazard analysis. 进行工作危险隐患分析。 Position material at appropriate floor levels 将材料放置在适当的楼层。 Position cartop at repair position. (Car top is 0.7 m above top landing) 将轿顶开至维修位置。（轿顶高于顶层0.7米） Remove power from elevator （lockout / tagout） 切断电梯电源，并将其锁闭警示。 Install barricades at top floor 在顶层放置好安全防护栏。 Access cartop 进入轿顶。 Install platform on cartop 在轿顶放置好工作平台。 Remove cover from brake junction box（screwdriver） 拆下制动器连接盒盖（用螺丝刀）。 BIB board is housed in either a plastic box or a metal box. Plastic box has a two piece cover. Only cover with warning label needs to be removed.
